notice.
This notice describes the data processing that can be verified from the website source and hosting setup. It is not a substitute for review of the final Cloudflare account configuration.
1. Controller
The controller is the responsible service provider named in the legal notice, which contains the supplied company and contact details.
2. Hosting and technically necessary request data
This static website is delivered through Cloudflare Pages and Cloudflare Workers. When the site is requested, Cloudflare processes technically necessary connection data. This can include the IP address, request time, requested URL, HTTP method, status code, transferred data volume, referrer, and user agent.
Processing is used to deliver the website securely, reliably, and efficiently. The stated legal basis for the site operator is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. The legitimate interest is the secure and uninterrupted operation of the website.
The website code does not create its own application or access logs and does not enable Cloudflare Web Analytics. Cloudflare edge and security log retention is not configured in this repository and must be verified in the Cloudflare account and data-processing agreement before publication.
3. Processing outside the EEA
Cloudflare may process data outside the European Economic Area. Cloudflare's current data-processing addendum provides for EU Standard Contractual Clauses and the Data Privacy Framework where applicable. Before publication, the provider must confirm that this addendum governs the account used for the site.
